PP Charlies before the Tsunami Photo Phi Phi Island

PP Charlies before the Indian Ocean Tsunami was probably the most famous bungalow resort on Phi Phi Island. Charlie got the prime land on Loh Dalum beach in the late 1980’s and built a perfect combination of travelers hotel rooms and fun bar and bakery restaurant.

Years past with PP Charlies being the only place that was full high season and low season. It was Phi Phi islands busiest most popular and loved resort.

The Tsunami wave flattened the resort with a great loss of life.
