Lion Fish on Phi Phi Island Photo

Lion fish are some of the most impressive and colour on the Phi Phi islands. This photo taken on Phi Phi Ley shows the Lion Fish apparently floating and waiting. This is typical. The sharp tentacles are pointed and poisoness and so the Lion Fish should be treated with even more respect than other marine species.

There are many Lion Fish on the Phi Phi Islands and are a great delight to all those who dive or snorkel.
